Collecting, Maintaining, and Sharing Information As a hub for delivering online courses offered by various educational institutions, KyEducators.org collects the student, instructor, and administrator information required by educational institutions. KyEducators.org stores this information on its servers and makes the information available to the proper institution(s). As a vehicle for delivering online courses, KyEducators.org must gather and review personal user information to verify that course participants and their use of course materials are legitimate. The KyEducators.org Web site requires a username and password combination to access courses and some features of courses. In addition, KyEducators.org strongly recommends that you provide an email address and first and last name when requesting help.
